Dear my friends,
I have already moved to a new flat since Jan. 8, so i need to cook by myself.
The new flat is very tidy and i have a big room including big windows, king size bed, big desk....this my first time to have a so big bed...haha....i like it very much....indeed...
Tuesday night, Nicky and I went to Maggie's house, and we cook duplins.....
at first, we mixed flour and water together, and then we 揉捏 several times...then it became a 麵團, after that i used 桿麵棍 to let it become 水餃皮...it's really a hard job....and we also need to mix carrage and beef....it's very strange to use beef, and finally the taste is not good at all...but we succeeded to have duplins dinner.
it's my first time to have duplins in New Zealand and i also think it's the last time....
Last night, i used 老干媽 sauce to cook beef and carrage...it's very famous in New Zealand for Taiwanese students...i have heard it for several times....Nicky gave that yesterday, so i tried....it's really delicious.
Nicky also gave me red carry and some milk, so i used them to cook beef and carrage, too. The taste is like 大馬小吃的咖哩飯....it's delicious, too.
This year, i have great teacher, and i learn a lot from his class. it's good, or i think i just wasted my time to clean the school.....
