This afternoon, we went to the supermarket to buy some food for sailing. According to the weather forecast, this afternoon was a windy day. Unfortunately, the weather forecast was very correct. Even I had took medicines to prevent sea sickness, but I still got seasick, and I spew twice….oh…it’s really terrible…after spewing twice, I felt much better, and then I survived for the next two days….
After two and half days sailing on boat, I found it’s life….and it’s really wonderful…
We had sunbath on the boat, swam in the sea, had kayaking, saw seals and little blue penguins, walked on the beautiful beaches, had a sunny and rain walk in the forest and so on…I feel it’s really a life….and I enjoyed the sailing. It is worth NZ260.
We don’t have to do anything on boat, and the only thing we needed to do is to enjoy the view and sunbath, and felt the relaxing and quiet atmosphere.
The following is the introduction of this trip.
Sailing Weekend
Explore the Abel Tasman onboard the Catamaran jamarh
24 th – 26 th November
This is a fantastic trip! Leap aboard the Jamarh Friday afternoon. Sail across Tasman Bay to Abel Tasman National Park. Spend 2 nights and days onboard discovering the beauty of the Abel Tasman, and the romance of sailing…with opportunities to to ashore for walks, swimming and relaxing. Only 12 people get to go, so sign up quick!
Jamarh is a large stable family catamaran – her sleeping quarters are surprisingly spacious, the saloon/galley sunny and relaxing. Martin, her owner operator, is a commercially qualified skipper and engineering with many years of professional sailing experience. However, that doesn’t mean “hands off”! Martin is happy to share his years of experience and teach you how to sail.
The Abel Tasman National Park is the ultimate marine playground, with its golden sand and crystal clear water. You can swim, walk the bush tracks or enjoy the antics of dolphins, seals and blue penguins.
Depart Friday 24 November: Meet at Wakefield Quay
Return Sunday 26 November: Late afternoon, to Wakefield Quay
I found that I had no life when I live in Taiwan. People always work overtime. After work, we always feel tired, and we spend a lot of money to go to restaurants and go shopping in department store…
